In Vietnam, VIENTITY is the official reseller of Paper Shoot Technologies Inc., an innovative camera company registered in Taiwan. 

If we need to contact you for service-related matters, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you have provided to us in your order. "Writing" or "written" in these T&Cs includes emails.

 

These terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") apply to www.papershoot.vn (the "Site") and form the terms and conditions on which we supply products and services to you.

 

Please read through the T&Cs prior to using the Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.

Online Shopping Policies: 

 

Product Description And Defects

 

We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may appear slightly different in reality due to photography lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colors are true to life, as much as possible. We do not warrant that product description or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

 

Insufficient batteries, SD cards, and (or) assemble ways are not considered a defect. You are responsible for following our guides that are sent with your order. If you believe you have received a defective item or wish to request our guide on Insufficient batteries, SD card and (or) how to assemble our camera kit, kindly email us at papershootvn@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the defect/ request.

 

In case the product you receive is not similar to what www.papershoot.vn has described within the product information section, please inform our Online Sales Department as soon as possible. To receive our assistance in return and exchange processes, you have to ensure that you just receive the goods and that the incorrect product that was sent to you is new and in unused condition. For details on the return and exchange policy, please refer to the regulations of the product exchange/return below.

 

 

Orders & Payments

 

We only deliver Paper Shoot camera(s) to you after receiving your full payment via bank transfer, which will be checked by our people and manually notified from our system to you via email. We deliver nationwide with express delivery and free shipping with standard shipping service.

 

We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us, at which point an agreement according to papershoot.vn/terms&conditions will come into existence between you and us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us shall constitute a separate and individual contract governed by these T&Cs (an "Order"). We will assign an order number to your Order when we accept your Order. Please tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your Order.

 

If the order/delivery information that you as our customers have not been able to fulfill fully when check out, we will follow up with you through the email or phone number that you have shared with us. 

 

If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

 

 

Listed Prices

 

The listed selling price of Paper Shoot products on the home page and shopping page from www.papershoot.vn is not the final paying price includes Value Added Tax (VAT). The total of the final selling price that includes VAT shall be automatically notified by the system right before our payment procedures. The listed price of the product might vary depending on the product type and style, particular timing of market and if promotions included.  When you place an order, the shipping fee or order fulfillment fee will be presented (if any), and the total selling price of each particular order will be displayed on the Payment Page with Value Added Tax (VAT) included.

 

The price payable by you for the Product shall be the price of the Product listed for sale as stated on the Site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Site and any applicable taxes. All prices are subject to 10% taxes unless otherwise stated. 

While we do our best to ensure that all information and prices displayed are correct for each product, there might be times when there are errors or omissions occur. We reserve the right to amend the price of any Product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. Please complete the payment at the moment your order was placed as all unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after an hour. In the event that any Product has been mispriced on the Site, we reserve the right to terminate the Order and notify you of such termination, regardless of whether or not the products have been dispatched or are in transit and whether payment has been charged to you.

• Pay on delivery COD "Cash On Delivery".

• Accept ATM bank cards, VISA, MASTERCARD.

 Incorrect Items/ Parcel Process

 

If you believe you have received the wrong item, at papershootvn@gmail.com with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unused, unfolded, unassembled, and with their original product wraps. 

- If the correct item is no longer in stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead. This information will be tracked and instructed by us via email or via phone.

 

Bounced Parcels

 

We'll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. However please note that, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs, or terminate your Order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the Product.

Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after  (three) months will be deemed as VIENTITY’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

 

When You Become Responsible For The Product

 

The Product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Product to the address you provided us. You own the Product which is the subject of your Order once we have received payment in full for your Order.

 

 

Regulations On Change / Return Of Products

 

All purchased Paper Shoot cameras are not exchangeable/returnable, after-sales we will apply the attached warranty policy of the camera with the best support commitment to you, ensuring all rights. Your interests are fully realized. All products are subject to the warranty conditions of each Global Paper Shoot Camera warranty.

 

Depending on the actual condition of the camera after the sale, we will apply for support immediately outside the warranty policy of Camera Shoot. However, these supports do not exceed our rights and capabilities.

 

 

Updates & Other Policies

 

All Terms and Conditions (and all obligations arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions) will be under the laws of Vietnam.

We may change any content or material at our Site at any time without prior notice to you.
